West Georgia’s Trusted Construction Partner
Building Community by Building a Business
If over 30 years of building has taught us anything, it’s that we succeed by staying true to our origins. When Randall Redding founded R. K. Redding Construction, Inc. in 1991 in Bremen, GA, it wasn’t about building a business, it was about building community. The business was almost a means to that end. He made certain the company was successful by insisting on high-quality construction, fair and honest business practices, exceptional operations, and superior client service. The success we have achieved during the past 30 years has enabled us to grow our client relationships, nurture our employees’ careers and serve our community. Our focus on clients and high-quality results has enabled us to expand into the commercial office, healthcare, industrial, religious, and municipal sectors. This success enabled R. K. Redding Construction to serve the community in many philanthropic ways, and we are dedicated to continuing to have a positive impact through our shared success.
Building on Values
Randall Redding knew from the start that his faith-based values would be the foundation for R. K. Redding Construction, Inc., and the basis for conducting business with integrity. Our leadership team has always taken that approach and we carry Randall Redding’s vision forward every day. This is foundational to our business philosophy. To us, when we deliver a healthcare facility, we are supporting our neighbors’ wellbeing, our education work is instrumental to teaching our children, our municipal work keeps our communities safe, sound and connected. We are continuing the legacy. Our company’s stability, reliability and growth are a direct result of staying true to our values, taking care of our clients, and delivering on our promises. Randall Redding believed trusting people, and earning their trust, is the essential ingredient because people do business with people – not companies. He understood investing in our employees, and ensured their professional development provided them the skills and tools they need to deliver a superior client experience. This is a commitment we carry on today and into the future.

From Senior Leadership to Every Employee, We Live Our Values
Family is always first. We treat each other as family.
Always be truthful. Period.
Be true to our values, even when nobody is watching.
Construction Services Driven by Integrity
When we begin a construction project, we know our actions will speak louder than words every time. We treat one another the way we want to be treated – it’s that simple. This basic rule of life carries through our internal practices demonstrated by how we treat our R. K. Redding Construction family, and externally in the way we value our client relationships. We believe people come first, and fairness and integrity are the basis of all our business decisions. This is what drives our approach to business and construction project management. And it works! What’s the proof? At RKR, 80% of our work comes from repeat clients. When employees come to work for RKR, they stay. When we work with our trade partners, they want to work with us again. We are unequivocal when it comes to making values-based business decisions. At R. K. Redding Construction, we are proof that we can do well by doing the right thing.
