R. K. Redding Construction’s Entire Supervisor Team Again Receives Safety Awards from AGC of America
Georgia Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. recognizes firm's supervisors for achieving safety excellence on their jobsites
ATLANTA, Ga. (March 2, 2018) - R. K. Redding Construction (RKR), a full service, multidisciplinary construction management and general construction contracting firm, is excited to share that all 17 of its project supervisors have again received the prestigious Ron Amerson Supervisors' Safety Award from the Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC Georgia) for the fourth year in a row.
As the statewide Chapter of The Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. (AGC of America), AGC Georgia recognized the group at its 22nd annual award ceremony.
The Ron Amerson Supervisors' Safety Awards program is designed to recognize AGC of America members' supervisors for outstanding contributions to safety on their jobsites. The measurement criterion is based on safety incidence rates for individual supervisors in conjunction with actual man-hours directly supervised by each employee. Only those supervisors who showed a commitment to outstanding safety are eligible.
All of the eligible RKR Supervisors were honored (and met the requirements of zero lost time accidents and a minimum number of man-hours supervised in 2017):
"It's a tremendous honor to have every single one of our supervisors receive the Ron Amerson Supervisors' Safety Award," said Randall Redding, President/CEO of RKR. "It reflects positively on our entire organization, but, in particular, our firm's safety director Tommy Grace and shines a spotlight on the importance of workplace safety."
